At K12 Gallery & TEJAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic purchases and workshop registrations. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most physical goods and class credits.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or visit our gallery front desk with your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the artwork or supply kit is in its original, undamaged condition and securely packed in its original packaging.
Ship or Drop Off
Send your package to our Dayton studio location or bring it in person during our standard gallery operating hours.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply a credit toward your next art class.
